IR-1 or CR-1?

Hello,

We are planning Direct Consular filing in Brazil in June, 2005. In August, 2005 it will be 2 years as we are married. Shall we file for IR1 or CR1?

it doesn't matter which visa you will receive. If you ENTER the US on it after the 2nd anniversary, your GC will be permanent. DOn't forget to mention it to the officer. :)
