filed with iowa on 30dec 2004 .
not recd any receipt notice from them also .was informed by lawyer iowa does not issue one .
anyways no idea on whether case trfd to any of the brc's yet.

My attorney said my case RIR Aug 2004 from IOWA is still in DOL
and is not send yet to backlog .
Looks like ,very slow at IOWA .( Does this sound right??)

Any Updates on Iowa labor?

My labor was filed as RIR, in Mar 2004 from IOWA, and was my lawyer told that it was sent to BEC, but no updates or 45 day letter from BEC yet.
Any body applied from Iowa have any updates from BEC?

Today I added the 600th record to the tracker.

There are 419 records for people that made to Regional DOL
The rest are SWA records which tells me SWA people are still underrepresented in the tracker.

The tracker includes reports that may answer some of your questions so do please take the time to look at the reports.

I would also encourage you to review your info and post updates especially if I have missed your 45-day letter.
