Which of these 3 places is the fastest for getting LC approved under RIR ?

Friends - please let me know ...need your help.

if you have your LC applied from any of the above 3 - please post your views and personal experience on how long it's taking.

I was told that South Dakota now forwards to Texas instead of Denver - anyone knows anything about this ?

Any advice will be very helpful to me.

I did some research for myself after my case was remanded to state in CA. I think the best bet right now is IOWA /CHICAGO (DOL) combo. Are you a CA person also who is trying to file somewhere else?. Since it sounds like you are in same boat as Iam can you please share some info about you.
 
Chicago seems to have a lot of remands nowadays, but maybe that is the best possible option if South Dakota (SESA current)- Denver (DOL April/May 2003) is being channelized to Texas, can that be verified ?

What about Harrisburg(SES)- Philadelphia(DOL). Harrisburg seems to be pretty dormant, stuck in Oct/Nov 2002 for a long time. But are better days are ahead for Harrisburg -- has anyone heard anything on the grapevine to that effect ?
 
yes - I am one of those poor sould from CA whose case is remanded to state :( - the misery for us never ends.

It's 100% true that South Dakota (SESA current) is being sent to Texas now for DOL instead of Denver.

I have been told that Chicago is not so bad and even Philadelphia is not so bad either.

At this point of time IOWA / CHICAGO seems to be a good option.

Let me know if you hear otherwise...

both of us could share whatever we get to know ...

Please reply. I have heard that Wisconsin / Chicago is also good- but Iowa is current so it owuld move faster.

how can you people change from ca to iowa or wherever faster? isnt the processing based on the state where the company is located?
i'm also ca person. and dying to find a sponsor in vermont or anything fast

How did you know about the information w.r.t to S.Dokota being channeled to Texas DOL. Is it for all or just few cases. I applied through SD recently, so I just want to find out what is going on in here.
