It is mentioned very clearly that OPENING office in Iowa, never mentioned that , the office is in IOWA.
As I know, no one is pressed for any thing .whether it is delaware or iowa.

Question for Hexamon

I have no idea of what 'Do they sponsor future employment ?' technically means. Is it something like I am working for company A and another Company B (which I do not currently work for) can initiate another GC processing for me ? Could you explain to me in brief please ?

Essentially - Yes.

Any time when company initiates work sponsored GC for a person, it is for intended (aka future) employment. Whether one works for company or not has nothing to do with this.

Hence, you can work for company A and have company B start your GC process. You will have to join company B once they clear your EAC.
