IO IIO CSR POJ Method.... Please Help

Hi,

I am trrying to call USCIS to ask anbout my case, it is well passed the processing date, however as I am reading the forums there are lots of Acro's that I don't understand.

What is IO, IIO, and CRS, from what I understand it is the best that I can talk to an IIO, Can someone explain to me how?

What is POJ method to call USCIS?

Somebody posted in other threads and I don’t know if that works or not you can try and see if works and can update the thread.
Try this to get to an IO

1-800-375-5283
- Press: 1,2,2,6,1
- Enter Receipt Number
- Press: 1,1,3,1

I have tried this one, but this one doesn't work anymore

Select option that says you have receivept number. Enter receipt number. After hearing the status select 3. then 4.
 
Hi,

Tried these, they don't work, anything that I did it goes to the customer service, No IO.

It seems that they have closed the POJ method.
