InWaiting,

In January, you said your fp is going to expired in April, and you sent a fax inquiry.

Mine was done in March 15, 2002 and it's been a year, so I'm just wondering...

What happen? Would you like to share your experiences? Pretty please?

Thanks in advance

Hi

I got approved along with my husband on Feb 13. I had already posted to that effect earlier. So I guess the fax inquiry worked. I do have another theory though- my husband sent in an EAD renewal. That must have put our cases on the radar to approve. Of course, the EAD renewal fee was taken :) but he no longer needs the application to be processed. I was the primary applicant in our cases.

Hope this helps.

Can you tell me where you sent your fax? If your attonery sent the fax for you, would you please find this info.?

Thanks again

Hog

The fax inquiry has to be made with the AILA at Washington DC.

Here's an old newspost:

"CSC confirmed that the adjudication of Adjustment of Status Applications has resumed. Additionally, applicants’ fingerprints, once they have cleared with the FBI, are valid for 15 months. Inquiries may be made with AILA if the fingerprints are expiring within 90 days. "
