Invoked AC21 ..case transferred to TSC

Hi All,

Sorry I posted this query in different thread, it is more appropriate over here.

recently I chnaged my job and invoked AC21 using new lawyer and also filked G-28. But today I saw case is been transfered to TSC.
Just wanted to know is there a way to find out if my original centre (VSC) received Ac21 and G-28 papers and my future communication will happen with new lawyer and with old lawyer.

1. Does USCIS sent acknowledgement for Change of lawyer filling (G-28) ?
2. Also after the case is been transferred to TSC do they sent notification via
mail to my new lawyer or to me directly ??

Please let me know.

----------------- if your papers reached VSC 8-10 days before file transfer VSC may have attached to your file. if not you may have to send again after 20-25 days from the transfer date because file transfer takes 15-20 days and then TSC has to open the box with files.

----------------Yes they send, if papers did not reach then the lawyer who filed I-485 he may get the transfer notice. if you have reigistred with USCIS then you may also get email.

I have also sent you detailed reply in private message.

One question my file got transferred today MArch 15th, and lawyer mailed papers on March 2nd. Above all how do I make sure if they got the papers or not, can I know via infopass appointment or is there any other way ?

Above all how do I make sure if they got the papers or not,
-------------- confirm with the lawyer who sent. I dont know that you can know at this time if papers are attached with I-485 file becasue it may take 15-20 days to reach the files with TSC and then they have to open the box (they send many files in boxes) and TSC may take 4-5 days after box reach to open them. I think TSC has fax# and your lawyer should inquire after 20-25 days.
can I know via infopass appointment or is there any other way ?
------------Infopass is for local USCIS office and your file is not sent to local office it is transferred to USCIS service center.
Many more files are expected to be transferred from VSC to TCS
