I need your suggestions/inputs on the documents required to invite my sister for the wedding.
Sister Background:
My sister was here a year ago on F1. She completed her masters and went back to India. She was not interested living here, but she did file for her H1, which went lottery and didn't come. She was working there with a company, but got laid off couple of months ago. She runs her own small business there.
Due to my current financial situation, I am going to have the simple Nikah in the mosque. And it will be registered afterwards in the court. So I don't have any reception plans, there's no reception hall booking or anything planned as of now.
Given the above situation, what documents/proof do I need to send to invite my sister for the wedding.
