hi i've arrived in the US 6 months ago on my DV Lottery Visa with my parents, Our green card had a wrong information, so we are now waiting for the correct one to arrive, but its a matter of a time to receive it, i hear.
Now, Can i invite my grandmother? My parents don't have a job right now,
So that i could invite my grandmother, and show a bank account, as well as employment status,
So even we doesn't have the physical green card do you guys think i can invite her?

Also my family is receiving some assistance from the government, Cashaid program. What do you experts think? my grandma is 69 she misses her children.

Visitor visa applicants do not need an invitation nor any sponsorship. Applicants qualify on their own for B-2 visas.

Your grandmother is unlikely to receive a visa. You arrived less than a year ago. My family member who has been in the US over 5 years after winning the DV lottery and has applied for naturalization had her parents B2 visas denied even though they had received one 2 years ago to attend her wedding and they returned promptly in less than a month.

You are receiving government assistance; your parents are unemployed. You cannot afford to sponsor a visitor if you are receiving welfare benefits. You are unlikely to be able to demonstrate sufficient resources in savings or earnings. Your family chose to leave your grandmother; she is certainly going to miss you; it is all the more reason she will be denied as a poor risk of an overstay.

Unfortunately, the most likely way for you grandmother to reunite with her US family is for her child to naturalize and file for your grandmothers green card. This process will take at least 6 years. You parent will be able to demonstate an income to suppor the entire family at 125% of the poverty line or have a co-sponsor. Any sponsor will be responsible for her medical expenses for 5 years; after 5 years, she can buy into Medicare which is currently in the range of $500-700/month.

This information is readily available one the web.
