Is it a problem if the person who recieved a documents that he's chosen from the lottery and is going to have his interview soon is an invalid (operation of the heart to be precise), everything else with the documents and expectations is perfect. What is the usuall response? Is it a problem? Does it lower the chances?

Did you mean disable?

The only problem may be if Immigration Officer doubt about petitioner ability to work and obviously generate enough income to fully support himself in the US.

No, not disable. Just had an operation 4 years ago and by documents is invalid. But feels perfectly fine and works.

no problem. As long as a person can work and support himself/family, just like Accountant said, the person shouldn't have a problem getting a visa.
