Invalid LIN number

Hi,

The BCIS website shows that my I-140/EAD/Traveldocument Lin numbers are invalid and they are not in the system. I have called an IIO at NCSC and they told they are also using the same system and getting the same message it seems. They noted my address and phone number and A number and issued a status inquiry to find out why.But I don't know why this is happening?. I have the recipt notices with me.Does anyone have this kind of experience?.

Error in printing? sometimes 1 and 7 look similar. Hopefully it will be something silly like that...

Thanks for reply. I do think that might not be the reason because
I used to get the status with the same numbers when NSC phone number was active. I am not able to get now as NSC phone number is no longer available and I am using NCSC number...
