Interviews outside the country of residency or home country!!

Dear All,
Can i choose my CP interview to be held at a third country (i.e. other than my home country or my country of residency)?? This is because i cannot bring my wife (from Iran) here in the U.K.
I am an African 2009 winner currently living in London, U.K.
Please any one have any experience advise.

You have to be in that country at the time of completion DS-230. You will also need to be there for an interview.
Your wife is not immigration with you, is she?

Send an email to KCC asking whether you can have your interview together with your wife in Ankara, Turkey. Iranians can have their interviews out of their country, many of them in Turkey. That's why I see no problem here.

If you want to come with your wife, you;d better do CP together.

Visa Issuing Posts (if she is a citizen of Irasn)

Immigrant visas for nationals of Iran are processed at the following U.S. consular offices. While non-immigrant visa applicants are not restricted in where they may apply for a non-immigrant visa, they should be aware that the interview may be delayed if a Farsi-speaking officer is unavailable.

Think carefully.

Think carefully before you choose a location for CP. Some embassies are much stricter than others. In Ankara, Turkey for example an 134 affidavit of suypport seems mandatory for Iranians. Not sure whether this is the case for non Iranians.
