No, because it is well-known that online-only studies are not allowed for students on F1.
A simple Google search would have shown that.

When f1 students comes to USA first and foremost thing the gov says to report to DSO and follow the instructions.

Now do you want us to verify/study all the laws, tax forms/fillings of the univ and country.

So, then you have even less of an excuse. What did you do in your 6 years in the US? You absolutely could and should have known that TVU was fake. Just a look at the TVU website would have shown you that they are fake. You didn't want to know. You gambled, and now you have to face the consequences.

Even my old univ in the early stage had errors in their website......does it mean they are fake too? When you have a live person talking to you about univ what else do you need. virtual classrooms worked fine (if they haven't then all wud have quit that univ), no problem with the student accounts.

I have been in the US for 17 years. Since 1994. I have no idea what FTU is, nor do I care.

Looked for approved schools list on the SEVP ----everyone knows whats happening now. What else and where else i have look for, What ever happened so for is enough. No usciS, seviS, dhS, uspS, upS.....not sure what gonna comeup.....i will surely look for www.jo1234.com

Yes, if you worked on CPT, you probably did rob others who didn't get the job because you were undercutting the salary, because you were willing to work for cheaper.
It is known that some shady consulting companies hired people from TVU on CPT to avoid paying the salaries required for the H1.

These other institutions (ITU, Herguan, UNVA) are already on the ICE list. They are the next to go down. You had your chance, if you had listened to the warning signs. You chose not to.

There is no rule that says that DSO can not issue CPT I 20..
there is no law that says that people wanting to work on smaller salary should not take jobs..
Trying to feed ur own mouth through learning and working under the legally issued CPT I 20..
Which by the also have to approved by USCIS.

And all those hardcore criminals who roam around in vicinity they are never taken in, they mug us harass us..
We student who unknowingly did not attend classes physically, we should be thrown out of the country.. why !! Just because listened and obeyed the DSO and university president to attend classes online..
