Interview?

Hi everyone,

I mailed my I485 (EB1) to the NSC on Oct 25, 2001 and just had my fingerprinting done. I am wondering what is next? Is eveyone required for an interview, or just for those who might have something to explain? Thanks.

Interview is not usually required for L-1A and H-1b holders.

So the path is as followed.

1. Receipt of I-485 Application
2. FP Notice from INS
3. FP at a local INS (sending the confirmation letter from the company)
4. RFE Notice from INS
5. RFE Response to INS
6. Approval Notice from INS
7. Temporary Stamp on your passport at a local INS
8. Receiving the actual plastic card from INS

4 and 5 can be omitted
