Does any body know's of any one who have been interview for ajustment of status (marriage based) under section 245i? Section 245i was the law which allow illegal immigrat or people who are out of status to be interview here provided a petition was filed before april 30 2001, and a penalty of $1000 paid

hi clay i remember you and your case, you file sometimes last year 05, what happen with your case.
I file under section 245i september 24, 2005, in the process since 2001 my priority dat was april 27 2001, so i fall under 245i. I had my interview on march 25, 2006 at federal plaza.The interview was ok, i was ask how long since i have been in the country,how did i get here, since i EWI. ask for ID for both myself and husband.ask my address and phone number and for joint evidence which we brought,we gave the office, ask if we have kids which we have ask to see pictures, was just basically looking at pictures and didnt ask me any more question,and ask my husband about how we met, about his previous marriage.That was about it,from the officer ask about kids and we told her we have two the whole mood in the interview change,just talking about the kids.Then the interview conclude.she said every thing looks good.Then our lawyer ask if the name check was complete and she said yes.The she told us we will get something in the mail 60-90 days.within another 2-3 weeks i get aproval notice then follow the green card.so i am a LPR for six months now.
