Interview tomorrow - DS230 PART I

interview tomorrow AM.

I have a DS230-I form completed and sent back to me by my lawyer. which is a copy of the one that was sent to the Consulate I guess.

Is this enough or do me and my wife have to fill a new one?

If all information is correct,...sign it and that\'s enuf.

Make sure that all the information is correct. lawyers simply reproduce the document that they have in their system. many times, one of the applicant has a birthday between your Packet 3 and interview...which would change the age in years. sometimes, your phone number has changed, etc. if your info is all correct, sign the forms and you should be fine. if you still feel comfortable filling the DS230 form sent by the consulate, do it and carry it

I have already signed the form and the lawyer sent me the form back but this time it has COPY in red. Is that all right

that means it\'s fpr ur records

U\'ll have to take another signed DS230 Part 1 at the time of interview....maybe ur attorney will give u the whole set then along with DS230 P 1 to sign....GooD Luck
