Interview timeline in Chicago

Want everyone who is currently waiting in Chicago for Interview know that I have finally received my Interview Letter today from MSC. My timeline is as follows. I have admit that USCIS is getting efficient everyday.
RD I485, I130 and other forms on Feb 18, 2004
FP: 04/28/04
EAD: 08/13/04
RFE: 10/13/04
Interview Date: 02/22/05

I will let you know guys what happened at the Interview? Good luck to everyone currently waiting.
 
Trueman Good luck to you. So we can get some idea from your case. You applied on Feb 04 and getting interview also on Feb 05. So time frame of MSC is 1 year. Hope for the best.

Wish you (BOL) Trueman. Well here is my little saga perhaps you guys might be interested.
Ever Since USCIS pumped in $200m in thier projects to speed up backlog elimination, no matter what I must have to say they are incredibely getting faster,prompt and more courteous...
just to give you a little clue what I am talking about ,
RD 11/01/04
FP 11/06/04 (this includes Biometrics for GC)
RAE I-485 11/12/04 (Copy of BC)
I-130 TRFRD from Neb to MSC 11/18/2004
I-130 RCVD AT MSC 11/24/04 (Procces started)
RAE I-485 RCVD PRELIMINARY Processing completed .
According to my judgment and best of knowledge is the projected time line comparitivley will be much lesser. just an FYI if you guys ever chance to looked at the recent press release which stated that in the 4th quarter of 2004 USCIS willl be mainly working on I-130 backlog. which means they will reduce the family based petition time frame waiting period from one year to six months by the end of 2005. Good News haan. Money matters :)
