Interview this week!!...H1 issue!!

Hi there!!

Would really appreciate in case someone out there can take some time off from their busy schedule and advise me.....

I have an urgent issue. Im currently being subcontracted by company X from Company Y. Company X had in the past tried to get me on their H1 while informing company Y. The H1 transfer got denied. Therefore im curently still on the H1 of company Y.

Im now planning a change of job...i have my interview this week!!!..Do i need to inform the prospective company that my H1 transfer has been denied once in the past? Also how can i tackle this situation best?

First of all you must know the reason for rejection. Is it your fault or Company X fault.????

If it is your fault - no pay stub etc etc, there is no point in trying another job too.
