There is no telling if its going to be one week, one month or one year. The only way you can have a ndifferent officer or office is if you move to a different area, there is no charge to do that.

Does anyone know if insufficient material problem will delay EAD? If there is no further interview scheduled, does the waiting time count for EAD clock?

We are on the same boat.
Gave interveiw on Febraury, I was asked for address verification. Sent it within a week and made sure they dont need anything more. Still Waiting for reschedule.
Keep calling them and if possible go each Wednesday for inquiry. Thats what I been doing for eight months. And no EAD!
