Interview Scheduling Question - nearly 3 weeks since FP

Hi All,
I have filed my N400 in Dallas, TX office (June 22nd) as i reside in NJ and also had my finerprinting done in NJ on Aug 5th.

Its nearly 3 weeks now and i have still not received my interview letter.

I checked the USCIS website for my case status and it says "Application placed for Interview scheduling on Aug 9th". But its nearly 3 weeks that i have not heard back (No email or letter).

I also tried calling the customer service number and they asked me to wait and see.

Is it normal to take more than 3 weeks for interview scheduling? Is there anything i can do besides waiting?
My residence address did not change at all in this duration so i am sure i did not get the interview letter.

Please help....

Be patient. It can take up to 3 months after FP to receive interview letter.

My interview letter arrived 6 weeks after the biometrics appointment. And I consider my case quite fast - less than 4 months since N400 reception until the oath ceremony. So, the OP has nothing to worry about.
