Interview Scheduled

Dear Friends,

I received the interview letter today. The interview is scheduled at mid-February, 2005 in Boston, MA. These are some details. Case was transferred from Vermont to Boston first week of September, 05. Interview Notice received today. The interview letter asks for the following: All original documents, Paystubs of last 8 weeks, EVL. No LUD changes whatsoever. The last LUD was June 2, 2003 with the ususal "Your fingerprint review has been received ....". I have one question though for all of you:

1. Since we are seeing these retrogression dates will I be affected by this? I want to note that I am not a national of China/India/Phillipines.
2. Is there any chance PD can retrogress for other countries too?

Since I have seen some very very knowledgeable people here who advise you better than an expen$ive lawyer, I would really appreciate some comments.

currently retrogression is for indviduals from india/china/fphillipines only. Dont see it happening for other countries . Historically only the above country cases have had backlogs. U should be fine. Good luck.

my 2 cent:
PD retrogression won't affect anyone as long as he/she was not born in India/China/Philipines and not the Nationality.
Good luck Mitronez. If possible can you share your 485 LUDs?
 
LUDs

Only 2:

1. 04/01/2003 Case received
2. 06/03/2003 FP1 results received.

In mid august 2003 it dissapeared from phone system!!! Online message still shows the FP1 results message ..... weird but true :confused:

A close fly-by country next could be mexico in future as there has been history of it being retrogressed in last decade.
