interview scheduled under EX category

my interview has been scheduled for dec 12,2005 under EX category[chennai]. i am planning to leave on dec 1. how can i get the appointment letter if i do not recieve one before leaving the US? any input is appreciated.

can u pls post the out come of ur interview after dec 12th . i heard some rumour that ex category visa is also about to finish. i am also awaiting interview date in jan

Schedule A will be current throughout 2006. Can you give some details about your case. like I-140 Receipt Date ans Approval date. How much time it took to get the interview call?

RECEIPT DATE 2/14/05 AND I-140 APPROVAL DATE IS 3/28/05. THE NVC GENERATED FEE BILL ON AUGUST 22ND AND PACKET 3 WAS SENT ON 9/7/05. WE RECD IT ON 9/13/05 AND SENT IT OUT TO NVC ON 9/16/05. THE NVC RECD THE PACKET 3 AND COMPLETED REVIEW ON 9/23/05 AND SENT IT TO CHENNAI ON 9/27/05. BET/N THE START OF THE PROCESS AND THE INTERVIEW DATE IT TOOK ME NEARLY 10 MONTHS[ONLY SO BCOS EX CATEGORY WAS CREATED FOR SCH.A'S].

Apprvd by USCIS - Jan 10 2005
Visa fee paid - June 30 2005
DS230 form received - Sep 2005
DS230 submitted - Sep 25 2005
Transferred to Newdelhi embassy Oct 5 2005
Interview scheduled in Delhi - Nov 21 2005
Interview cancelled and retransferred to Mumbai as I reside in Mumbai- Oct 31 2005
Tentative interview date as per Mumbai consulate - Jan 2006.

I hope by that time EX category will be Current !!!
