We have an interview schedule towards the end of July at Bloomington, BCIS (Minneapolis, MN).

We need an attorney to represent us (accompany) at the interview. Please recommend an immigration attorney.

why do you need an attorney ?
I heard they cann't speak when you are being interviewed. So what is the point ?

How long did it take

Mine got transferred to Bloomington, MN on 08/01.05. I am wondering - how long did it take for you to get the appointment letter after the receipt date of the transfer for you. Please post your reply. I am trying to figure out if I should make an infopass appt for an inquiry.
