i guess i did not make it clear initially, but i am encouraging people to post current information from this year's process. the testimonials in that link are mostly older ones.

If everybody adds their new interview experiences on the same thread it would help others a lot...and nobody has to search so much...the people who created this forum made a special thread for experiences of their interview.
