interview question

Hi,

My case was transferred to local office for interview. My I-140 was approved based on Nitional Intetest Waiver without employer sponsorship. At the time I apply for NIW, I was doing work on plant genetics, but now I am working at a biotech company in the area of human genetics. Do you think whether the immigration officer would ever look back at my I-140 application material and have question about what I am doing right now? I didn't change my area of study, just changed the subject on which I study. For almost all the interview posts that I saw, it seems that immigration officer never asked questions in this aspect, they seem to care more about the general immigration questions. but I am not sure.

Any advice is appreciated.

Genetics is your filed of study

Plant or Human is a typical case study.
Immigration officers are not that smart.

thanks. hopefully it's true. I was a little woriied because my NIW application was approved based on the evidence why my work on plant genetics was beneficial to the national interest.
