I entrer Dv2025 with no kids. Now I'm seleted and i file my Ds260 with kids. I mention the will not travel with me.I have interview coming up in January..how that will that affect my case?
 
Your kids were born after you entered DV, or you lied on the entry form about not having kids?
 
Kids were born before I enter the Dv. but i didnt mention it. My thought was entrering the Dv for myself..Like I was applying to myself only.not including my kids.

Did you not read the instructions before you entered? They are very clear that you should list all living children under age 21 on your entry form, regardless whether or not they will immigrate with you, and that you may be disqualified if you don’t. (When they say “may be” disqualified they usually mean “will be”.)

There’s a question that specifically asks if you have children or not though, if memory serves me right. And if you answered NO because you decided you were entering the DV lottery for yourself, and as such didn’t include your children, that means you lied on the entry form. You were supposed to truthfully answer the questions on the form, and not make a personal determination that certain questions did not apply to when they clearly did. I guess that is why you were asking about processing FTJ for your children back in November earlier on in this post.

Unfortunately for you, there’s no way out of this. You will be denied for failure to include your children on the entry form.
