my husband petitioned for me and my daughter who is 7yrs old, is she required to attend the aos interview with us? thank you.

I don't know if she needs to attend, but I know others have had good experience when they were accompanied by their kids because it makes for excellent evidence of bonafide marriage!

Your interview letter will specify would you need to take to the interview and who is required to attend.

I don't think it will hurt your case if you do, after all he has petitioned for her.

My daughter and i just received interview letter for the same day, but different time, 10:30am and 11:00am respectively, does this mean we'll be interviewed seperately, she is 7yrs old, please inputs will be greatly appreciated.

It is probably a mistake. Do not worry. You both will be interviewed together. Make sure you point that out to the officer that calls either your or her name.

Anybody knows the kind of question kids are asked at an interview?, just trying to be fully prepared for our interview.

Questions for kids:

1) Are these really your parents or did they borrow you for today?
2) ...

:p I do not think they will be asked any questions.

I wanted to know the same thing, My son is 6 and has a weird imagination, he generally says what he thinks you want to hear. It's frustrating and scary thinking they may interview him, because what he says doesn't mean its accurate. I once asked him why he loves it here and he said "I love it at his house because he has an xbox." He doesn't realize this is OUR house, not only my husbands house because we've only lived here 10 months and his father lives elsewhere. Since my husband had this house already when we came here, which is why we came, to see the new house, and then we were going home to file for a fiance visa, but ended up staying, so my son has always called it "his house"

No, I haven't gotten one. We filed September 6th, and did biometrics on Oct 15, and now just waiting! Tell me about it, for the longest time I feel like I've been the only one on this forum with the issue of a small child/AOS, etc.
