I have interview on 27th @ Baltimore.

I already got current employment letters and company financial statements. My employer did not give me tax return statement and I did not force for it. Does it required (INS letter asks to prvide "Evidence of employer\'s ability to pay your wages such as employer\'s tax returns, financial statements")? Should I force employer to provide it?

Thanks

Hi Bajrang,
Should\'nt that information be on your I-140 packet? I think that should suffice, Right?

I had my interview last 7/12. My lawyer told me
that an Annual Financial Report will do, that is,
if your company provides one.

Luckilly, the officer didn\'t ask for it. Greenhopeful
is right, it\'s in I140 already. The officer just asked
for passport, driver\'s license, EAD, birth certificates
of kids, recent paystubs (I gave last 3 mos), employment
letter and I-94s.

I remember in one posting, you may need apartment lease
(if any) to prove residency. One was even asks for an
extra INS photos.

We got approved after the interview. I\'m sure you will
too. Goodluck!

You W2 from previous year and Pay stubs are good proof that the employer is financially sound. No employer will give their tax returns. The intreview letter clearly says produce one of them.
