My I-485 interview is in June. I got married last year in Oct with USC. We have everything joint (bank account, lease etc) however we filled taxes not jointly because of my F-1 status. Will it be a issue in the interview that we have not filled taxes jointly??

I don't think it will be an issue, as long as you filed your taxes. Just bring other proof that you're married and you should be fine. Even the IRS don't require married couples to file their taxes jointly. You can file seperately or jointly.

You will have a problem if your tax returns tell that you file as single. As long as you filed as married, it should not cause problems. As other users pointed out, you can explain your situation during the interview.
