Interview Question concering US Spouse Adult Children Not in the Home

Interview Question

We are preparing papers for interview. My wife (USC) and I don't have any children together. She has 1 of her children living with us. Her other children are adults and live in other states.

Will she have to provide the birth certicates and custody paper (if any) for her adult children not living with us for the Interview or just for the child that lives with us?

As I said when you asked this question before, her adult children have got nothing to do with AOS. The only people who need documentation are yourself (the benefitiary), your wife (the sponsor) and if you had any non-USC children, ,documentation for them. Her children (adult or not) are not involved in this process at all.
