Hi - just wanted to ask you on how you applied for the ioint Credit card? most of the credit cards I have looked at only asks for one applicant info. I called Capital One and they told me the same. Can you tell me which one you have?

Thanks!

I've already had my card longtime back...i just added my wife name to it. The one I have is with Shell Citibank card. Ask your bank to send you a letter stating you and your wife (with names on) are joint holders of the credit card and authorized to make changes. That would serve the purpose as well

Cheers

Oh ok ... because from my past experience, having an authorized user only provides a new card for the authorized user but the statement shows nothing about the authorized user. So I wasn't sure if that'd work for USCIS.

I was thinking about a credit card filed jointly i.e. using two ss numbers to file.

good catch, ndp125. Thanks for pointing that. I will add that to my list. Will go through the link

Thank you very much!

Item no. 2) Sealed Medical, which medical you are refering to?
I thought you had to send that along with your I-485 and you have also mentioned that you had sent that to chicago mailbox. Is this something in addition to that. Let me know buddy, as I will also have to go through same procedure.

It's a follow up to the first one. My doc messed up the first one so I had to resend the second one, which is pretty much the same but with clear explanation on my skin test +ve and x-ray -ve. I also have the specialist letter just in case. Btw CIS didn't issue any RFE asking for more info, I guess they may be happy with what they have. It just me...being little more careful. You know with CIS a silly reason can mess up the whole thing

Cheers

Good luck! I just filed mine last week and I'm from Houston as well. Please keep us updated with all the details! :)

You can photocopy the actual credit cards showing the same account/credit card numbers on both cards one w/ ur name, one w/ ur wife's name
