My scheduled interview is on Jan 3rd, for the questions of senators, house representatives, governors, should I give the name of the newly elected? Also, do I need to bring a copy of my tax returns, if so, for how many years? Anything else I should bring with me in addition to the items listed on the letter? Thanks.

you need to know the actual governor and the two senators in place now...no question about house of representative names, you need to know how many are there. take with you the copy of the three (3) last years tax return, your passport ... a sandwich and a drink lol. good luck.

thank you december 2010, by "in place now," you mean the old ones retiring next month, or the ones taking the office next month?

as bobsmyth stated the senators names in office the day of your interview.... you can find your senators name in google..

I know I should give the name of the people in the office on the date of my interview, but my question was, who will be in the office on Jan 3rd, the old ones, or the new ones.

The old ones as the swearing in ceremony only takes place later in the month.

You are concerned about an issue with the least likely possibility. Number of US Representative doesn't change with each elections, 435 and 100 US Senators.
