Interview notice shows different priority data

Hi, guys.

I got interview appointment for mid-April. I had two I-140 approvals and submitted I-485 (RD/Oct. 18, 2001) based on EB2 (NIW), but the priority data on interview notice showed another I-140 petition instead of I-140 NIW. Will the difference cause any problem?

What was that second I-140 about? EB-1 or LC-based?

Anyway, check if priority dates on your I-485 receipt notice and on interview notice are the same. If the I-485 receipt notice and its underlying I-140 approval notice has same priority dates, it would be easy to point out their mistake on interview notice during the interview if they ask any clarification on it.

In my view, this should not matter. Probably they got confused by two approved I-140 on their record.
