only one of the beneficiaries on my case were called in for an interview? does anybody have any idea why that is?? there are three other people attached to the case and only one person got it...is this just an initial interview? will everyone else eventually be called in? has anyone been in this situation before??

Who among your beneficiaries was called for an interview?

Bauta are you already approved?
I was wondering if the same thing can happen to my husband, cause I am already approevd w/o interview

it is my sister. i am a beneficiary as well, through my mother who is the primary applicant. my sister just turned 21 in august, so that might have something to do with the interview? but it is really strange. none of us have been approved...so obviously if she does go to this interview, it will not be an 'approval' on the spot thing since not all involved in the case will be present...

which is really disappointing. i dont think i can bear another line. has this happened to anyone before?

techbuyer77, im fairly confident he will get his approval soon if everything is good to go with his application. : ) so good luck to you!

I think you're right that your sister turning 21 might be the reason for the interview. If your mother hired a lawyer, please confer with them as I'm sure that they would have a way to determine if your sister had already aged-out. I think that the amount of waiting time during the I-140 stage can be deducted to the total age. Your lawyer will be able to verify this. Good luck.

that's what is so weird about it. she already got letter from USCIS advising her that she is protected under the CSPA. not sure why she would need to go back and verify her eligibility when she knows she is still eligble...

its really nerve-wracking.
