Interview date: 02/28/05

There are bunhc of documents on the interview notice that they want me to bring and most fo them have already been submitted during the I-485 filing process. For example Medical record, Employer Tax Doc, and so on
I have also submitted my medical records and most of the documents that they listed on the interview notice. I do not know exact date of my medical test but it was taken by Dr. David William. I will see if he can provide me the copy of that test.
Also, I switcehd my job (same role, same responsibilities, and same industry). My new attonry say that I do not need to worry, since everything is same but do I need to get file AC21 or take it with me on the interview. I already got a Employment Varification letter from my HR
Please share your experince or comments

Good Luck and plz do share what doc they are asking to u.

I know it may sound impractical. You may need to bring the staff that you already submitted with your I-485 and the other filings..But that is the experience from two people that i know who went to interviews.

Just organize what you got and let it be. Obviously, very recent empl letter, pay stubs, a copy of W2, I-94...and ect are critical for the employment based cases...

Good luck..

Yuor lawyer should have most of this stuff in your file at his office. If he is accompanying you to the interview, then he should bring it. Get in touch with your lawyer to clarify what else YOU need to bring, and what he is bringing. My lawyer brought the initial LC, the I-140, and the I-485 applications, along with copies of my old I-94's, old passports, old tax returns, initial EVL, basically my whole file. He got the new EVL and the company financial statement from the employer.

My lawyer told me to provide this:

1) Passports, old and new
2) Any I-94's
3) Birth Certificate, and translations
4) Marriage Certificate and translations
5) All EAD's
6) All AP's
7) Tax returns for the last 3 years
8) Most recent 3 paystubs
9) New passport-style photographs
10) Driver's liscence

If your lawyer is not coming with you, then you better bring everything they requested just to be safe.

Here are the list of Doc they requested

Thank you all for your help and comments on my case.
My Attorny is in another state and he is not going with me. I just switched company (same duties, same role, same industry) and so as my attorny. My old attorney has already send my file to the new one. I asked him if i need AC-21 for which he said that I do not need that, as far as medical records are concern, he said since i have not received any RFE on Medicals therefore I do not need that as well. I do not have copy of my medical record, I will try to get it from Dr. William.

There is a personalized letter where they ask to bring
Identification
Items in attached sheet (non personalized)
passport
I94
Letter on employment

Then they sent photocopios of some general list (non personalized)
in the section for ALL applicants the ask for
-Appointment letter
-Passport
-Medical Examination
-EAD
-AP
-I94
-Final disposition of any arrests

In the section for employment based they ask for
-Letter of employment
-Copy of I140
-Copy of ETA750 labor certification
-Evidence of employers ability to pay wages ie. tax returns anual reports DE-3 and DE-6 financial statements and W2 forms

I doubt the doctor will give you a copy....for free. The medical you already did must go in a sealed envelope and be opened only by a USCIS official. The USCIS should already have this. The reason its on your list is because this list is a generic interview list, usually addressed to family-based I-485 applicants. They need to bring the medical to the interview. You already sent it since you are employment-based.
