The interview letters that me and my wife recieved have the same date but different time. She is the primary applicant and her interview is at 10:00am and mine says 10:30.
Is this how they do it normally

I guess that is quite normal to allocate two different timings for a family. They need to reserve a slot for every case. But you both will be interviewed at same time.

Which center are you going for an interview and when?
Would you mind sharing your status etc?

I will be going to the Charlotte office. Its a EB3 case. The ND 11/01. The interview date is July 27th
 
Good luck on your interview! My wife and I had the same issue in Atlanta - her interview was scheduled for 8:00 and mine was for 8:30. They did both of our interviews together and we were out of the office by 8:35.
 
Case Transfer to charlotte

My case also transfer to charlotte office and interesting think is I fax my FP expiry letter 10 min ago and after 10 min I received at least 10 email from BCIS that my case has transfer to charlotte office, I thought I have pest some one because I fax the same letter about 5 times in this month.

shahid568 and azee27516 could you please tell me when your case transfer and when did you get your interview Notice????? My case is transfer today and I just spoke to my Lawyer she says charlotte have only 2 clerk in the office and only Four Officers who take interview, my Lawyer will be going with me but she will not be able to speak while officer is asking me Questions. She also told me the scheduling interview will not later then Dec 2004.

I got tranfer letter dated 10 July. Haven't recieved offical letter from local INS office yet, but expecting within few days(it all depends on what your local office processing dates are). But for me, I should get an interview letter with in a month, coz Ky office is on March'04.
Looks like mostly they are forwarding the cases of Muslims or special registrant countries applicant to the local offiices. There are also cases if one transfer the work location during the case period. By the posting of several people, looks like chances are cases gets settled right away after interviews. Yes, exceptions are there too!

your case transfer on 11th of May, When did you receive letter Notifying your Interview Date and what are the Document they are requesting to bring with you ????
