Interview issue

I had a crazy interview experience posted at http://preview.tinyurl.com/c8g4q4p

I'm very concerned and not sure what to do.

In the confusion of pressure from IO I may have made wrong correction in N-400 as the IO was just disinterested. I don't recall if I made the right correction in the "Citation Location" name.

Does the applicant have any rights in the future and gets another chance for any issues with N-400 ?
 
Do you have nay legal issue?

No legal issue before besides traffic citations but I may have created one during the interview confusion.

Since they put you on oath before you sign anything, is not this a serious issue, Why is this not serious?
