Interview - Finally!!!

Lawyers received interview notice today for self and spouse. Interview is on Oct 31st, Probably at Cincinnati, Ohio.

NSC EB-III

RD: Sep 27th, 2001
ND: Oct 31st, 2001
FP: Sep 10th, 2002
RFE: Dec 20th, 2002
Replied to RFE: March 17th, 2003

Can anyone please post their experience at Cincinnati office.

Any clue why you got an interview instead of an approval???

No clue at all.

Lawyer told me it must one of those random checks.

When interview is scheduled, you were supposed to receive letter from BCIS directly. I wonder why the letters went to your lawyer. Only RFE goes to the lawyer during I-485.

Anyway, nothing to be worried about. Take tax documents, empl letter with 3 paystubs, proof of marriage including photos, joint bank accounts, certificate etc...in addition to other documents the letter asks for. If possible, take lawyer. That's all.
