It would be great if some people would share details of how their interview went in different consulates to help others be prepared. I am particularly interested to hear about London interviews, but it would be great to hear experiences from around as well.

Oh, and there is also this little youtube video that the US embassy in London put together. It's actually aimed at non-immigrant visa applications, but it will give you a general idea what to expect on the day up to the point of the interview itself.
