Hi,
My wife and I (USC) had an interview yesterday. We thought everything went pretty smooth but at the end of the interview, office gave us an letter with following item checked marked:
"Adjudicative review of your case is needed. no additional information is required from you at this time."
When we were walking out of the office, officer said everything is good and if he need something from us, he would give us a call. If we don't get call by 5 P.M., we should expect to get temp gc in mail by 2 weeks.
So, after 5 PM yesterday, we thought everything went okay, but the letter we got from office bothered us, so we googled for some info and now we are extremely stressed.
From what we found, if we were granted for a temp gc, officer usually put some stamp on her I-20 visa on her passport and take entry paper. But in our case, office did not, and we are not quite sure exactly what our status is.
Are we over reacting to the letter???
Thank you.
