Hello,
I married my wife, a USC back October 2009. I married her right after my divorce was finalized. 12 years ago, she was going to sponsor her ex Pakistan husband. But, due ending the marriage, she started the process but did not go through. I am the only one working, and because of being out of status, my wife had her friend to be our sponsor (864). I have my finger print dated 6/7. Although our marriage is legit, I have some questions/ concerns that the may be raised at the interview:
- The fact she is 39 and I am 30
- The fact we married right after I was divorced
o We married right after divorce because we wanted to marry on her birthday.
- The fact she doesn’t work, only me
- The fact she started the green card process (but did not finalized) 12 years ago
We have the following bills together as a proof of bona fide:
- Wedding Pictures (we married in a park)
- Bank statements
- Lease agreement
- Electric Bill
- Car Insurance
- Internet Bill
- Her friends Affidavit (about 4)
- Pictures with her children and friends
- Tax Returns
- Wedding Invitation
- Emails between us
- Cards we exchanged
- Wedding Book
Although our marriage is bona fide, we are concerned. Can someone provide an input on my case? Do I need more documentation? If so, which ones? Do you believe they will separate us? Is my case complicated?
I guess being nervous is normal.
Thank you
