Hello,

Have anyone been interviewed and not approved? I had my interview and the person told me that my case will be forwarded to the supervisor to reivew as it is future employment case.

Please share your experiences.

Majestix, could you please share what they asked you during the interview? Have you already worked for the company at the time of the interview? Did you go to the interview with your lawyer or by yourself? What was there to be reviewed? Your job offer?

Mine is also for future employment (though I've already worked for this company for a number of years before) but I'm stuck with the namecheck thing.

Hi ,

I am confused... the visa priority for EB3 is somewhere in 01-JAN-1998.
Are u from (China or India or Phillipine) or some other country?
