What about evidence of current employment for sponsor(s)? This includes but is not limited to W-2's, employment letters, and 1040's for previous years. I would also bring originals of all documents submitted; BC's, marriage cert., passports, etc. etc.

quick question, my interview is in a week and I don't know if is important to have an attorney to attend the interview with us or not really necessary?

question, is it important to have an attorney at the interview? or not necessary?

That is kind of a silly question.
An attorney may be necessary if you have a complex case, and feel more comfortable having one present.
If your case is straightforward, you feel confident that you know all the details, will be able to properly answer all questions, present all evidence, and ask the DAO the proper questions yourself, then an attorney shouldn't be necessary. In a word, it all depends on how comfortable you feel going alone.
