Interview cleared. Got this letter from officer....

Hi guys
I cleared the interview today. I got one paper from the officer which had following item checked
"Congratualations .Your application has been recommended for approval. At this time it appears that you have established
your eligiblity for naturalization. If final approval is granted you will notified when and where to report for Oath Ceremony."

Is this what they give you or there is something strange about my letter. What do they mean "...if final approval is granted"

Can you please tell us which district office you had your interview. And your time line from applying to today.
