Hi guys.
My wife is in US, applied I-730 for me. " Im in UAE "
2 days ago I got some forms from the US Embassy "Form I-765, Form I-590, Form G-646, Form G-325C, Form 169 with some forms for medical examination".

I got my police certificate ready and the medical exam results as well, filled all of the forms.

What I need guy is your help to know:

1-This is my 1st interview at the embassy do i need to bring all documents as evidances for my marriage? or still early?.
2- In Form I-765 what is required to write in category 16 ???.
3- what to expect after the interview? I mean next step?.
4- How long roughly does it take to get into US?
5- Finally...If you have any advices please inform me...

Thanks alot in advance.

the only question I can respond to is question number 2. The category for you will be AS5. I am assuming that your wife was granted asylum and was NOT admitted to the US as a refugee.

As for other questions each embassy has its own procedures and I cannot help you. I suggest that you bring a complete set of documents to the interview.

I also suggest that you take a complete set of documents to the interview but give them only what they ask because sometimes giving too many documents also cause confusion and you end up answering several extra questions. Do not forget to carry proofs of your continuous communication with your spouse (e.g. Your and/or your spouse's phone bills). If you have any joint bank statements, fixed deposits/CDs etc, carry them as well.

Thanks alot Signh6
Acctually I have prepared lots of documents to approve my marriage but now and after your advises guys I will give the only required docs and keep the others, if they ask for it...its available.
Thank you guys
