Interview at Dallas

My case has been transferred from INS Vermont to Dallas and interview is scheduled next week.

1) Should a lawyer accompany us? Company said that as per company policy, they wont give any lawyer, although INS has asked employer representative to be present. What to do?

2) Although we have submitted medical results, INS is asking them again. The medical results are not one year old yet. What should we do?

3) INS has asked to submit form 864. What to do? Lawyer said not to worry about it.

4) Any other experiences about interview? What questions can we expect etc.

for one of my friend in his RFE they requested G28 forms ( Biographic forms) saying that when they opened his application they were scratched by mistake so they need them again ....IN your case there is every posibility that your medical reports were Opened or not satisfied some how ..probably this might be the reason why they transfered your case to local INS ..May be you may have to retake your medicals again and carry that 864 form along with you ...You dont need a lawer INS interview are not so Tuff as long as you have all these documents they are very polite . Carry all other documents like Paystubs,w2,tax,Employement letter etc etc to be safe ...! Lets wait and see what others say ...I am not the right guy to suggest but i just want to boost you i am still waiting Guy with RD 07/12 ..GOOD LUCK INSmeharbanToGadhaPehalwan.
 
Can you please provide the list of documents INS asked

My spouse case was also transfered and just wanted to check what all doucments they need.
