Someone at TSC finally seemed to have have brushed off all the dust collecting on my file, and noticed that fingerprints had expired. I got a letter for Code 3 biometrics and had them done. The person doing it said that I will be hearing from USCIS in a few weeks and will get an interview date.
Does anyone know if this is accurate and if so what is the interview for? Does the person doing the interview even know this or is this something they tell everybody going for fingerprints now? Certainly, this was not something I was told after the first FP's.
As best as I can tell I am still stuck in name check (for past 2.5 years) and also since my PD dates is not current, I am not sure what the interview process is for?
