As Newark performs Oath on interview day can I apply passport next day.

I live in Princeton area, can I apply the passport either Phily or New York city regional passport office.

You can apply for a passport any time after taking the oath.

If by a "regional passport office" you mean a passport agency then yes, you can apply there the next day after taking the oath. However, passport agencies generally do not accept walk-ins and you need to make an appointment in advance, via their automated phone system. See instructions at http://travel.state.gov/passport/about/agencies/agencies_913.html

You can call the appointment scheduling number no earlier than two weeks prior to the desired appointment date. At the appointment itself they will want to see a proof (such as a plane ticket) that you need to travel abroad in less than 2 weeks.

Yes, I mean passport agency and I am planning to take appointment. My question is can I go Phily/New York passport agency or is my passport agency is determind by my address.

You can use any passport agency you want, regardless of your address.
