US does not have any issue with another passport, India does not allow Indian passport after citizenship in another country. According to Indian law, you are supposed to get Indian passport cancel as soon as you get another citizenship.
But many european country dual citizenship.

If you're a US citizen and hold, for example, German citizenship as well, can you enter the United States on your German passport? You can't, as they won't allow it.

As far as US is concerned, you need to enter US on US passport. US is not concern how you enter another country.
