hello, accoding to ruels dv2009 will end on sep,30 so what abt does who will be going on septem when will dere go for medicals and how sure is dat dere can get VISA.
The cut off date is September 30th but it can be even earlier if they have given out 50,000 visa's...no one has any security of getting one until you have it in your hands.
